I'm Bree

I didn’t plan to become a coach, I was determined to find a way to live and lead differently.

For years, I was the go-to person in every workplace:

  • Fixing problems, driving results, making things happen

  • Exceeding expectations and pushing myself to deliver more than anyone asked

  • Climbing fast, but hitting the same invisible walls

​

I’d push forward, only to be pulled ten steps back.
I’d burn out, feel undervalued, and wonder why my effort never felt like enough,
even when I was praised for it.

​

I tried every strategy I could find, Therapy, leadership courses, mindset work, high-performance tools. They helped me cope, but they didn’t stop the cycle.

​

Then I developed an approach that went straight to the root, rewiring the part of the brain quietly dictating how I showed up.
It became the foundation of what I now call The SHIFT Method, a process designed to create deep, lasting change without burnout or constant self-monitoring.

Once I applied it to myself, everything changed:

  • I could achieve without over-extending

  • I could trust my worth without constant validation

  • I could feel at peace, even while growing and leading
